Cody Hughes. 
 

My name is Cody Hughes and I Own and Operate FitCode Conditioning. I graduated with my Education Degree from the University of Alberta in 2015: majoring in Physical Education. I’m a Certified Physical Prep Specialist and Certified Football Prep Specialist, which greatly helps with setting clients up for success. As well as those certifications, I also have my Speed & Agility Certification  and Nutrition Coach Certification from the National Sports Performance Association. I have my PTS from Can Fit Pro. I am a certified and insured personal trainer. I have lots of experience with weight loss programs, toning, athletic based programs, strength development, mobility enhancement, rehabbing injuries and many other strategies.     I have experience with muscle endurance, weight loss, and power and strength training programs.  Lots of experience developing weight loss, toning, and athletic based programs.  

I have experience coaching athletes. I focus on positive reinforcement, and a team approach in achieving goals with my clients. Training should be a joint effort, and in today’s world, having someone that you can count on is a must. Individual plans are developed, so that goals can be reached. Training is a massive field, and my focus is always on technique first, then introducing new exercises. What separates me from the rest is, I genuinely want to change your life.

My name is Amber Germain, I’m 20 years old and I am a Personal Trainer with FitCode Conditioning. I have earned my PTS from Canfitpro. My goal is to help clients to use fitness as an aid for mental health. I have struggled with body image issues my entire life, battling mental health issues and an eating disorder for years. Fitness is what changed my life, and I want to help others do the same. I am experienced in both weight loss, and weight gain programs, and would love to help build the best program for you. I also have experience in rehabbing injuries, as I got involved in an accident a few years ago that broke both bones in my leg, and severely sprained my ankle, but with proper training I have grown stronger than before, and minimized the after effects of an injury like that. I want to help you change your life in the most positive way possible, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
