Nathan Laird
My name is Nathan Laird, I am proud to be the owner and Head Trainer of
Dragon Bearded Fitness. I have recently completed University Degrees in Human
Kinetics and Human Nutrition. Football was also a major influence in my life, I played
football from ages 7-24 as an Offensive Lineman. Training for football and taking
courses in University has drawn me to pursue Personal Training.
My journey into fitness training began when I was 14. I had been active in football
before, but I started training to further develop strength and fitness to further my playing
potential. As I developed as a player, I realized how training helped develop my play
and how I had more energy, better endurance, and greater strength. Something about
mental Health.
Fitness training is a practice that helps with improve a variety of things in life.
Improving fitness can help to improve athletic ability but it can also help to improve
quality of life by improving health and delaying the loss of muscle and movement ability.
As a Personal Trainer my goal is to help you along your fitness journey. I want to help
you reach your goals and assist you in developing a fitness plan that works for you.
Whether your goal is to put on muscle, lose weight, improve performance or to
maintain a current level of fitness I want to be able to support you with your goals.
