Trainerize is the app that I use for all my programming and online training. Please check out the demo of how it works.

We use My Fitness Pal for the nutrition component. It is a free app and it pairs with the Trainerize app, so all your content goes right into the nutrition part of Trainerize.

For Checking form and check-ins I use Zoom. If you are not familiar with it, please check this video out to get set up.
