In the summer months many people find it challenging to go the gym and do cardio. The most frequent question i get asked is " what cardio can i do outside". Some great ideas are biking, rollerblading, volleyball, basketball, soccer, and jogging. Being that i live in Edmonton, Alberta, I suggest going for a jog in the river valley, because there are stairs, as well as nice curvy paths to jog along. As I stated, sports are a great way to stay in shape as well. Recreation leagues start from any skill set and can give great variety to your fitness routine. So the FitCode Conditioning fitness challenge is to try something new and stay active over the summer.
