Every day people wonder why some people succeed and others fail with fitness. I have related success and failure in several instances, to the proper mindset. When someone with a positive mindset goes after a goal they become an unstoppable force; failure is usually due to mental state and health. Make sure that you take care of every aspect of your health. Suggestions I have are; give yourself an hour at the start of the day with no phone, and make it YOUR Hour. At night, turn the phone off and get a full uninterrupted sleep.
Big news from FitCode Conditioning. I'm now going to be doing online personal training. I'm using the app Trainerize. If your not close enough to train face to face, or just want to do workouts on your own with my guidance, this is an option for you. My rates are inexpensive, as it will only be 100 dollars a month per client. This app is great, as it allows me to send you workouts with videos to show you form and proper technique.
In the summer months many people find it challenging to go the gym and do cardio. The most frequent question i get asked is " what cardio can i do outside". Some great ideas are biking, rollerblading, volleyball, basketball, soccer, and jogging. Being that i live in Edmonton, Alberta, I suggest going for a jog in the river valley, because there are stairs, as well as nice curvy paths to jog along. As I stated, sports are a great way to stay in shape as well. Recreation leagues start from any skill set and can give great variety to your fitness routine. So the FitCode Conditioning fitness challenge is to try something new and stay active over the summer.
